How do you handle rejection? It’s no fun, is it? To be rejected.
Now, if you go into being rejected, then it’s happening to you.
If you show up to rejection and be like, “Wow, what’s going on here? What’s happening with this other person that they’re coming at me and putting me down or saying things that are cruel, or maybe it’s just something that’s not working out?”
What if you get clear on, it’s not about you, it’s how you’re being treated.
And then turn it around to be like, what‘s it going to take to clear this and get free of this negativity right away?
Then it won’t carry on and it won’t stick you long-term.
So, just be in the awareness of rejection, when you’re being rejected.
It’s kind of like judgment and you don’t have to buy it as true, and you don’t have to stick it with you.
