Hey, it’s Dr. Sarah.
And do you ever find yourself distracted by thinking about things over and over and over again, or from feelings that are getting you down, overwhelmed also distract you from just being?
Well, that’s what our feelings, our thoughts, and our emotions can do to us. And if we get consumed by that, we really miss out on living our life fully.
So I have a tool that you can use to clear your own heavy thoughts, feelings, and emotions. And we’re going to do it together here today and I’m going to give it to you in a way also that you can take with you.
So what I want you to do in this moment is I want you to tune into something that’s heavy for you. A heavy emotion, a heavy thought, something that’s been going on. Tune into that right now.
Okay. Now, I’m going to ask this question: So everything this is, would you be open to clearing it now? And all you have to do is say yes to yourself. You can say out loud or to yourself, and take a deep breath in and now release all of that heavy on the exhale. Wow. Great. Did you notice a difference? Now, you can use this on your own.
All you have to do is ask the question for everything that comes in for you that’s heavy. Like everything this is would I like to clear it now?
You just say, “yes”. You take a deep breath in and release all of it on the exhale. Great.
So use that.
And there’s going to be another part to this eventually that I’m going to share with you, but do this for now and see what you notice.
